Job Description

In this diverse role, you will be part of the Client Data Service Natural Persons team and take responsibility for the accurate, efficient and regulatory-compliant administration of private client accounts and related client data.
 

• Manage the onboarding, maintenance and amendment of private client relationships, including updates to client data and documentation

• Review and process account-opening and client documentation for formal completeness and substantive accuracy

• Maintain, update and ensure the quality of client data in internal banking systems

• Perform data-quality checks and investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Handle and respond to internal enquiries relating to client master data and account openings

• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services sector

• Professional experience in account opening, client administration or documentation/formalities within a bank; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage

• Confident user of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Avaloq and/or CLM is an advantage

• Strong sense of quality and responsibility, combined with a careful, structured and efficient approach to work

• A self-driven, reliable and collaborative team member with a strong service orientation

• Ability to prioritise effectively during periods of high workload and to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal stakeholders
