Description
•support the General Manager in driving organizational effectiveness, cross-functional coordination, and strategic communication.
•Provide daily support to the General Manager, including meeting coordination, schedule management, business travel arrangements, and follow-up on key action items.
•Act as a communication bridge between the General Manager and internal departments, regional teams, headquarters, customers, and external stakeholders.
•Talent development, onboarding, training design and effectiveness evaluation.
•Succession planning for key positions.
•Organizational development and team effectiveness.
•Control and drive employee efficiency by HC and cost analysis
•Performance management and manager coaching.
•Culture building and BorgWarner Beliefs deployment.
•Employee relations, disciplinary and grievance management.
•Strategic HR consultation to improve people, structure, process and culture.
•Ensure compliance with local laws, policies and procedures.
•Support HR strategy implementation and HR data integrity.
