About the Role: 

Design and enable integration across Diageo’s Marketing Operations MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platforms, data and workflows operate as a connected, scalable and interoperable system.

Support consistent consumer experiences through effective data flow orchestration and cross-platform connectivity.

The MarTech Architecture Lead is responsible for defining and governing the architecture of the Marketing Operations related technology ecosystem. The role ensures marketing platforms, data, integrations and AI capabilities work together to deliver seamless customer experiences while supporting business growth, operational efficiency and technology governance.

The role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Data, IT, Security, Procurement and external technology vendors to define the long-term MarTech roadmap and oversee successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Experience / skills required: 

• Drive Solution architecture reviews for existing and new solutions and drive related governance forums for the marketing domain.
• Define architecture frameworks, patterns and standards across MarTech platforms.
• Design and deliver end-to-end integrations and design across domains including content, data, media and analytics.
• Enable connected data flows across owned platforms, digital shelf and AI driven discovery environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, working with enterprise architecture and product teams.
• Ensure data consistency, interoperability and continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience Required: 

INTEGRATION & ARCHITECTURE EXPERIENCE

Experience in system integration, solution architecture or MarTech technology environments.

 

GLOBAL & MATRIX COLLABORATION

Experience working across cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.

 

INTEGRATION PLATFORM EXPERTISE

Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, interoperability and enterprise integration patterns.

 

DELIVERY & SOLUTION DESIGN

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

 

DATA & ECOSYSTEM CONNECTIVITY

Experience enabling connected data, identity and platform integration across ecosystems.
