Senior Marketing Associate II

The Senior Marketing Associate II supports the planning and execution of marketing programs, customer events, and go-to-market initiatives for the QSR and FRS businesses. This role partners with Marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate content, logistics, budgets, vendors, and customer-facing materials that support business growth, innovation, and existing customer programs.

This position works under limited supervision, normally reports to the Director of QSR Marketing, North America, and is based in Greensboro, NC.

What You Will Do:

• Support assigned marketing programs and event-related initiatives on a full-time basis.
• Support development and execution of QSR and FRS marketing programs, event strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Coordinate customer, industry, and internal events, including logistics, branding, vendors, materials, and on-site support.
• Develop and maintain event materials, product updates, sales tools, literature, and other customer-facing assets.
• Assist with marketing execution, including positioning, messaging, value communication, advertising, packaging, pricing input, and program support.
• Manage assigned event workstreams, including show services, shipping, installation, dismantle, storage, and post-event reconciliation.
• Track and reconcile event and program budgets in alignment with approved plans.
• Manage literature fulfillment, booth storage, inventory coordination, and related third-party support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and consistent with brand standards.
• Lead assigned project activities by managing timelines, resolving issues, and communicating status updates.
• Follow applicable safety standards, policies, and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, project coordination, or a related business function
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, including nights and weekends, as business needs require
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B events, trade shows, corporate account programs, or sales enablement
• Working knowledge of marketing principles, program execution, customer messaging, brand support, and project management
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships and coordinate projects across regional and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated initiative, independence, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud

The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
