Body Shop Technician / Bodyman Responsibilities
- Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer specifications.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect parts against repair estimates and verify correct parts are received.
- Communicate repair updates or timeline changes to management.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal regulations, and all federal, state, and local requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of body shop or collision repair experience required.
- Experience in a body shop, collision center, or automotive repair facility.
- Experience performing frame and structural repairs.
- I-CAR training preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the last three years.
