Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
- Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.
- Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata, I-CAR, and the CCC estimating system.
- Attend/collaborate with the team during production meetings.
- Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of collision repair experience.
- Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work.
- Above-average quality focus.
- High production capabilities.
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
