Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in similar position within 5* hotel/resort
• Island or remote location experience is a +
• Very strong knowledge in all aspects of engineering
• Experience in budgeting, planning and project management
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Strategic and results oriented mindset
• Strong communication and training skills
• Leads by example and drives operational excellence
• Hands on, flexible and highly motivated
• Highly responsible with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Good English, both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Flexible working hours
