Club Wyndham Dunsborough is seeking a Housekeeping Manager with extensive experience in a similar role, alongside a passion for developing and motivating a large team to succeed.
We are seeking an individual with a strong customer focus and a eye for detail and will be well versed to plan and coordinate all housekeeping tasks and activities.
What You'll Bring
- Passion for people and the ability to lead our team, with a diverse team in a busy environment with logistical challenges
- Strong organizational skills to ensure effective running of the department through planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all tasks and activities
- Proven track record in maintaining or improving cleanliness across a large area or property
- Attention to detail across cleanliness, maintenance and general condition
- Experience in recruiting, training and mentoring team members
- Understanding of productivity and working within budget constraints
