DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for the Proofpoint and Forescout cybersecurity portfolios, managing vendor and partner relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring market alignment across the organization.
The role serves as the primary commercial and strategic liaison between the vendors, channel partners, sales teams and internal stakeholders. The Product Manager is responsible for growing market share, increasing partner engagement, enabling sales teams, driving pipeline development and ensuring profitable revenue growth across the product portfolios.
The Product Manager works closely with the Country Manager, vendors, partners, marketing, technical teams and key customers to maximize product value, market penetration and business performance.
This role will report to Country Sales Manager
As the Product Manager, you will:
Act as the internal subject matter expert for Proofpoint and Forescout solutions. Provide regular updates on: Email security trends; Security awareness and human risk management; Data loss prevention (DLP); Insider threat protection; Network access control (NAC); Asset visibility
Develop and maintain accurate vendor forecasts aligned to partner commitments and pipeline activity.
Identify, qualify and track new revenue opportunities, while maintaining renewal business.
Serve as the primary commercial liaison between vendors and internal teams.
Collaborate with vendors and marketing teams on awareness campaigns, webinars, events, workshops and customer engagement activities.
Develop strategic campaigns aligned to vendor priorities, product lifecycle stages and growth initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Product Manager:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product/brand management, sales, or a related field.
Experience working with vendors and partners in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as email security, security awareness, data protection, network security, asset visibility, NAC, or risk management.
Strong background in relationship management, commercial experience, market analysis, business development and strategic planning.
Demonstrated success in business growth, forecasting, demand generation and partner development.
Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
