Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyze analytical data to identify trends, variations, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Lead (MSA) Measurement System Analysis to fulfill the customer’s requirements
- Site Matching :
- Work as the Taoyuan contact window for site matching activities to ensure analytical consistency and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support the transfer and implementation of testing methods and standard testing procedures.
- Measurement Equipment Troubleshooting :
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and the repair activities.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve equipment-related problems efficiently.
- Support equipment qualification and continuous performance monitoring.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Participate in analytical improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Apply statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies to enhance laboratory performance.
- Support implementation of best practices and operational excellence programs.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences related
- Minimal 3 years’ experience in a chemical analytical laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with analytical testing and laboratory operations.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility
