How you'll make an impact
- Analyse Markets & Clients: Conduct in-depth research, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to help clients identify opportunities.
- Support Client Engagements: Create clear, concise presentations and research materials to communicate findings effectively.
- Deliver Projects: Take ownership of workstreams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with experts across disciplines and engage with senior executives.
- Develop Research & Content: Translate complex information into clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Manage Projects: Stay organised, meet deadlines, and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
- Grow Professionally: Benefit from coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
About you
- Proven experience in a strategic, analytical, or research-focused role.
- Progress towards professional credentials (e.g., CFA, ACII, actuarial qualifications).
- Familiarity with research tools like AlphaSense, S&P Capital IQ, or Bloomberg.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - You can evaluate information, identify key issues, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
- Strong Communication skills: You can present ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Proactive & Curious: You take initiative, seek opportunities to learn, and are eager to grow your expertise in the (re)insurance industry.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
- An interest in business, financial markets, and the (re)insurance industry.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
