A Day in the Life
As we are building our new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, we are looking for a Customer Care Supervisor, who is passionate about delivering exceptional services and who thrives in a fast-moving environment.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy supporting and developing others, solving complex challenges and helping teams succeed in a fast-changing environment. You will play a key role in creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture, while ensuring exceptional service delivery in a highly regulated MedTech environment.
Your work will directly support healthcare providers and ultimately contribute to patient care.

This position is based in Poland, Warsaw and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of office-based and remote work. Travel is expected to be minimal and primarily associated with business meetings, training, or organizational initiatives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Care Representatives and Specialists to deliver high-quality customer support and achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor and manage daily operations, workforce allocation, service levels and key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage complex customer escalations and drive timely resolution through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Service & Repair and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements and customer care processes.
- Drive accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement across the team through regular performance management and coaching activities.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of process improvements, system enhancements and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze operational performance data, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, audit expectations and company policies.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, service support, or a related customer-facing operational environment; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience managing customer escalations, resolving complex issues and balancing multiple operational priorities.
- Experience analyzing operational performance metrics and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
- Professional proficiency in English and at least one additional European language.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups across functions and organizational levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous people leadership experience, including direct management, team supervision, or formal performance management responsibilities.
- Experience leading projects, coordinating operational activities, or serving as a subject matter expert.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence initiatives, or process improvement projects.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the professional development of colleagues.
- Experience within healthcare, medical technology, technical services, or another regulated industry.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, or service management systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
