Position: Airport Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Airport Admin Assistant to join our team at Air Connect in Cape Town, South Africa. As the Airport Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the airport operations team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the airport operations team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders, both within the airport and external partners, to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the airport management team.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating training and completing necessary paperwork.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Support the airport operations team in any other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus.
