This globally recognised organisation, based in central Auckland is well known for providing financial and economic advisory services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and versatile Assistant to their senior Advisors.
About the role:
This is full time busy office based influential role, requiring absolute discretion, foresight, and a high-level coordination. This is more than a traditional Senior Administrator. You will be an essential support to the senior advisor ensuring smooth operations across the administrative side and managing client accounts. From maintaining focal point for client engagement, communication and meeting preparation to liaising with key stakeholders, you will manage sensitive information and play a vital role in enabling strategic focus and business efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage client documents in adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
- Handle client communications, enquiries, calls, messages, and mail-outs while providing professional front-desk support
- Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and ongoing service requirements
- Maintained accurate client records and update information
- Provide adhoc administrative support to the advisory team
- Attend branch meetings, trainings
About you:
You will bring a global mindset, professional approach, and have experience supporting high-level executives, ideally within financial services, investments. You will be confident managing shifting priorities, thrive in a role with complexity, and have a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven similar experience supporting senior leadership within financial services
- Ideally a tertiary qualification
- Previous experience with AI integration - highly desirable
- Experience navigating highly confidential information and complex organisational structures
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
- A calm, composed, and professional demeanour under pressure
