What you will have an opportunity to do:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading all recruitment strategies and hiring operations for South Seas Island Resort. This role ensures the property attracts, hires, and retains exceptional hospitality talent across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Leadership roles. The manager partners closely with department heads, HR leadership, and the resort’s executive team to deliver a seamless, service‑driven hiring experience that reflects the resort’s brand, culture, and guest‑service standards.
What are we looking for?
Strategic Recruitment Leadership
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for seasonal, full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call roles.
Forecast hiring needs based on business levels, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
Build strong partnerships with resort leadership to understand workforce planning and talent gaps.
Maintain a deep understanding of the resort’s service culture to ensure candidate alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality or resort environments.
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
High level of professionalism, discretion and service-oriented mindset.
