Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an experienced and visionary Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all recruitment and workforce planning initiatives across the Resort. As a key leader within the People & Culture division, this Department Head role is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while supporting the Resort's commitment to unparalleled luxury hospitality.
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a trusted business partner to the Planning Committee and Department Heads, ensuring staffing strategies align with operational priorities, future growth, and the Four Seasons service culture. This leader is responsible for cultivating a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, building sustainable talent pipelines, and leading a high-performing recruitment function that supports the continued success of our Ambassadors of Aloha.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the Resort's Talent Acquisition function, developing and executing recruitment strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence.
Serve as a strategic partner to Resort leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and hiring strategies.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities for all positions, with direct involvement in leadership and critical hires.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, community partnerships, industry networking, and educational outreach.
Foster strong relationships with colleges, universities, hospitality programs, and community organizations to strengthen the Resort's talent pipeline.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Four Seasons culture, values, and commitment to service excellence.
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout all recruitment activities.
Support employer branding initiatives that position Four Seasons Resort Hualālai as an employer of choice within Hawaiʻi and the luxury hospitality industry.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as an Ambassador of Aloha, helping attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent who embody the spirit of Four Seasons.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT TO BRING
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
Luxury hospitality, resort, hotel, or service-industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading high-volume and leadership-level recruitment initiatives.
Experience developing workforce planning strategies and talent pipelines.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Passion for cultivating exceptional employee and candidate experiences.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
