Join the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team at PwC Luxembourg. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, the TAA Coordinator, HR colleagues, and business leaders across all service lines, including the Acceleration Center, to shape hiring strategies and deliver talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
What your role will look like
As a senior Talent Acquisition leader, you will drive recruitment strategy, team performance, and continuous improvement across the full hiring lifecycle. This role exists to ensure PwC Luxembourg attracts, selects, and engages the talent needed to meet current and future business needs while strengthening the candidate experience and enabling long-term growth.
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy to support business priorities across all service lines and the Acceleration Center.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and the TAA Coordinator, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and development.
- Align recruitment activities with business demand, balancing priorities and resources to deliver consistent and measurable hiring outcomes.
- Turn recruitment data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, workforce planning, and talent attraction strategies.
- Enhance selection, interview, and offer processes to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Drive change initiatives and operational improvements that strengthen the scalability, effectiveness, and sustainability of Talent Acquisition activities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and advise leaders on talent market trends, recruitment challenges, and strategic hiring opportunities.

The skills you bring
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years leading recruitment teams.
- Proven experience managing recruitment activities in complex, fast-evolving, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition processes, stakeholder management, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Recruitment analytics and reporting: Advanced, able to translate data into insights that support business decisions and talent attraction strategies.
- Fluent in English.
