As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will serve as the primary link between client accounts, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure software implementation projects are completed seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

What Makes This Role Great:
You will guide clients through high-impact implementations, directly influencing how businesses optimize their workflows and driving real-world digital transformation in the construction management space.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Lead software implementation projects from inception to completion, establishing clear delivery targets, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with implementation consultants to analyze client business needs and design cohesive project plans
Coordinate internal cross-functional resources and third-party vendors to maintain momentum and hit delivery milestones
Conduct periodic status reviews and proactively manage project risks, schedules, and documentation
Serve as a trusted advisor and account partner, guiding clients through data flow setups, team training, and change management
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of project management experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 3 years of equivalent professional experience
Solid understanding of core project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile
Proven track record of managing multiple parallel projects and matrixed remote teams
Strong skills in requirements gathering, risk mitigation, negotiation, and client relationship management
Bonus Points For:
Background in professional services or management consulting
Experience delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations
Basic understanding of business accounting principles like general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Knowledge of the construction industry or familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Kantata, or Salesforce

Travel Requirement: Up to 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
