The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation - DevOps - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming our DevSecOps infrastructure within our Tax practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating innovative solutions to enhance our client support services, driving efficiency and security in our operations. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your advanced skills to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, providing valuable insights and driving project success. Your role will involve crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role, you will be part of our US Tax Consulting network, where your ability to apply systems thinking and validate outcomes with clients will be crucial. You will direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our firm, as you motivate and coach others to solve complex problems. This opportunity allows you to deepen your skills and evolve your professional journey within the Core DevSecOps Engineering competency.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of DevSecOps strategies to enhance security and efficiency in tax innovation projects
- Managing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Overseeing continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery and minimize downtime
- Utilizing tools like GitHub or version control and project management to maintain project timelines
- Implementing security infrastructure and controls, including vulnerability assessments and incident remediation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace change in security operations
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth
- Conducting risk evaluation and mitigation strategies to safeguard client data and systems
- Promoting the use of advanced technologies and methodologies to improve service excellence and client satisfaction
- Troubleshooting system reliability issues and optimizing performance using tools like DataDog and Log Analytics
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Utilizing advanced skills in Python and Powershell
- Leading initiatives in continuous integration and deployment
- Managing security infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
