Overview
The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and work closely with other Senior Leaders across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights.
Key responsibilities include cost roll ups, financial forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
- Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability across products, services, or segments.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Support month-end close processes
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present detailed reports.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance and operations teams to align strategies.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives and growth projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
