Description
We’re growing our business development team and are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys researching companies, engaging prospects, and creating new business opportunities.
About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities for Talentuch by identifying potential clients, reaching out through email and LinkedIn, nurturing prospects, and booking introductory calls for the sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, research, and sales but doesn’t necessarily have years of experience. We’re ready to teach the technical side — what matters most is your initiative, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to achieve results.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and play an important role in growing the company’s client portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Research potential clients in the US, Canada, and Europe.
- Work with and continuously expand our existing prospect database.
- Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn and other sources.
- Launch personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects until receiving a response.
- Qualify leads based on our ICP.
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Keep CRM accurate and up to date.
- Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
- Experiment with new lead generation approaches and messaging.
- Share weekly reports on activity, pipeline, and results.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Sales Support, Recruitment, Customer Success, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in B2B services.
- Confident English (B1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Proactive and doesn’t wait for step-by-step instructions.
- Enjoy researching companies and solving problems independently.
- Think analytically and pay attention to details.
- Comfortable working with repetitive processes while continuously improving them.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with North American clients.
- Experience in recruitment or HR.

Working Hours
- Flexible start of the working day
- Availability until 8 PM Ukraine time on agreed working days

Compensation
- Base salary: $700/month
- Performance bonus: $700+/month
Your bonus is directly tied to your results.
Monthly KPI
- 8 qualified discovery calls booked with potential clients.
The more qualified meetings you book, the higher your bonus. Outstanding performance is rewarded with uncapped earning potential.
