Location: São Paulo, Brazil
In this role, you will lead regional audits across the Americas and help strengthen governance and risk management at dsm-firmenich. You will advise stakeholders, shape innovative audit approaches, and collaborate with global teams and a Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits and reviews across the Americas in line with the approved audit plan, delivering thorough assessments and actionable insights.
- Plan and execute end-to-end audits, including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting, with high-quality and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor through clear recommendations.
- Improve and innovate audit methodologies to increase the value delivered by the audit function.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of internal audit experience in a multinational B2B or B2C company, with exposure to a broad range of topics, including non-standard areas, and experience developing tailored frameworks with stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certification, such as CIA, CISA, CIIA, or CPA.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Ability to use technology and data analytics to improve audit processes and outcomes. IT audit experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with effective collaboration across cultures and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
