Description
Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.

Position Summary:
The Operations Administrator serves as a key contributor to the operational, production, marketing, and administrative activities that support Turning Point’s international outreach. This position manages international television promotional activities, represents the International Department in Marketing meetings, spearheads reporting departmental needs, and assists with special projects while providing administrative support that enables the Director to effectively advance the ministry's global mission.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support that enables the Director of International to operate efficiently and achieve strategic objectives
- Support the Director with special revenue-generating assignments and cross-functional projects
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items as needed
- Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation while ensuring timely routing and completion
- Reporting
- Coordinate the development of board reports and presentations for the ministry's international affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom
- Receive and process regular reports from partners
- Manage International English-language Radio and Television Promotional Activities
- Plan, manage, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television promos in international markets
- Plan, maintain, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television programming outside the United States
- Advance the effectiveness of Turning Point’s international outreach
- Foster collaboration between International, Marketing, and Creative Services by coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives that support the execution of ministry objectives
- Assist in tracking promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of international marketing and broadcast initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian Ministry
- Familiarity with international broadcast/media landscape a plus
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, superior communications skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment
- Self-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independently
- Incredible attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments

- Position is non-exempt, full-time at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA.
- The expected salary for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
