What You'll Do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Own and manage the Service Desk ticket queue, ensuring proper prioritization and escalation.
- Provide in-person desktop and phone support for end users.
- Follow up with users, provide feedback, and see issues through to resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake small- to medium-sized IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent device setup, support standards, and user experience across locations.
- Complete internal user setups, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Support Microsoft Teams Room conference units and collaboration technologies.
- Ensure software licensing records are accurate and maintained.
- Maintain and improve Service Desk documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure accurate asset and software inventory records to support audit and compliance readiness.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact end-user issues.
- Perform basic administrative support duties as needed to meet operational objectives.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed end-user expectations.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and workplace collaboration technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
- Experience documenting procedures, processes, and technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to asset management, software licensing, and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
