• Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle to embed quality practices, improve testability, and support Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Integrate automated testing, performance testing, security testing, and service virtualization into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyze application, system, and database performance; identify quality risks, execute regression testing, and recommend improvements to enhance software reliability and maintainability.
• Coordinate testing activities for assigned projects, working closely with stakeholders, developers, business teams, and test analysts to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes.
What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing, automation engineering, software development, or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Groovy, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD tools, test automation platforms, performance testing, security testing, and test management solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive continuous quality improvements across development teams.
It's a bonus if you have
• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing automated testing strategies across multiple environments and technology stacks.
• Experience with service virtualization, cloud-based testing environments, and enterprise-scale payment or financial systems.
