Manager, Digital Fund Enablement
About the Role
PIMCO is hiring a Manager, Digital Fund Enablement to manage the enablement of fund events on our 22 regional marketing websites. Fund pages are among the most trafficked pages where investors, advisors, and consultants research our funds and investment strategies. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on ensuring accurate and timely representation of fund lifecycle events (launches, mergers, liquidations, etc) on pimco.com.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Strategy, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Engineering to manage the day-to-day operations and update cadence of fund pages, coordinate releases, and maintain the standards and documentation that govern how funds are represented on our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital enablement of funds on our regional marketing websites — managing and coordinating fund events across all regional pimco.com sites.
- Release coordination — partnering with Engineering to define, QA, and ship fund-related updates; managing day-of-launch readiness.
- Regulatory and disclosure adherence — supporting recurring compliance-driven updates to fund pages in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
- Feedback intake and issue triage — partnering with Digital Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and manage feature requests, bug reports, and data discrepancies from stakeholders
- Fund Pages Product Guide and related documentation — upholding the documented standards and updating documentation when regulatory requirements or business rules change.
- Process ownership — continuously improving and enforcing the digital fund enablement process across teams and regions, identifying gaps, and driving adoption of updated workflows.
- Continuous improvement – identifying opportunities to improve manual, multi-platform processes through automation and re-imagining operational workflows using AI assistance
- Marketing compliance review — ensuring every fund event and feature update is reviewed and approved by local Compliance teams before going live on any marketing site.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services or other related fields
- Experience working with a range of regional fund vehicles (open-end, closed-end, ETFs, interval funds, etc.) and understanding the regulatory and disclosure requirements governing fund marketing content across jurisdictions.
- Strong operational discipline: comfort owning recurring update cycles, checklists, QA processes, and release calendars.
- Exemplary project management capability: managing overlapping fund events across multiple regions.
- System-minded thinking: Naturally evaluates how changes impact upstream and downstream processes and data flow.
- A track record of improving and enforcing cross-functional processes.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail; able to brief stakeholders and keep documentation current as rules and processes evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Finance.
Salary Range: $ 130,000.00 - $ 148,000.00
