About the role
The Digital Enablement Manager is responsible for leading Fundraising’s ongoing project management and change management of supporter experiences, digital, data and AI across the fundraising team. This role designs and embeds effective process workflows, tools, training and change practices that make it easier for teams to plan and deliver supporter-centred, accessible and compliant fundraising activities.
Working across digital and data transformation projects to maximise all supporter experiences, implementing and enhancing collaboration tools and driving AI initiatives, you will build internal capability, improve ways of working and help teams maximise the effectiveness and return on investment of CPA Fundraising activities.
This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional with strong project or change management experience who enjoys improving processes, connecting teams and driving the successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Lead change management for supporter experiences, digital, data and AI initiatives across Fundraising.
- Review and improve workflows, processes and quality assurance practices using enterprise approved systems like Jira.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and work management platforms, and support the uptake of existing platforms such as Jira, Miro, and business approved AI tools
- Work closely with the members of Digital and Data teams to ensure opportunities for innovation and optimisation are shared across the department. Then partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify the opportunities and implement improvements.
- Mapping out how a campaign or initiative moves from idea → brief → build → launch → reporting and setting that workflow up in a shared tool so everyone can see status, accountability, workflow and performance at a glance.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and stakeholder meetings to build engagement and alignment.
- Monitor adoption and continuously improve processes using feedback and data.
- Change management: Running workshops to co-design a new way of working, then managing the rollout.
- Stakeholder engagement: Acting as the go-between for different teams — translating one team's needs into requirements the other can act on and translating technical or process constraints back into plain language.
- Monitoring & continuous improvement: Tracking change management or usage data for a new tool or process, and iterating based on what the data and staff feedback show.
- Capability building: Creating and maintaining a short internal training series or resource hub so staff can build confidence and self-serve when using new tools or following new processes.
About you:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, project management, change management or digital operations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign delivery.
- Proven experience leading process improvement or change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Experience using Jira or similar task management platform.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Experience with Salesforce and Braze is desirable.
