## Description
This Administrative Assistant role is a direct report to the Tech executive and is responsible for providing support for day-to-day operations. They are a key player in ensuring smooth and effective operations for the executive’s group as well as across global Technology, D&A.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages and prioritizes executives’ calendars
- Supports meeting scheduling, coordination, preparation as needed, capturing follow up action items, and follow-up as needed
- Plans and supports events (e.g., off-sites, summits, conferences, team meetings)
- Coordinates special projects as needed
- Monitors, organizes, and, where applicable, actions executives’ email
- Plans travel and manages expense reports; both within US and globally
- Creates communications and presentations as needed
- Maintains function-level distribution lists
- Interacts with executives and coordinates with assistants across the organization
- Other responsibilities as needed
## Qualifications
- Min. 3-5 years of administrative experience in fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience managing multiple executives and client groups, naturally able to juggle many priorities at once
- Extremely detail-oriented, takes pride in being thorough and accurate
- Able to adapt to and thrive in an agile and dynamic work environment
- Seasoned at managing executive’s work schedules, events and travel arrangements (including international)
- Natural relationship-builder with executives, team members and admin peers
- Effective communicator both written and verbal, can adapt tone and message based on audience type

- Solution-oriented and pro-active at investigating and implementing the best resolution
- Uses sound judgment to balance priorities effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable escalating issues and operating effectively in times of ambiguity or uncertainty
- Able to work in a hybrid-office approach; required in-office time 3 days per week. Must live in NYC metro area and be within commutable distance from the office.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio, and Concur.
- Maintains utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Interest in beauty industry and/or technology a plus
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $32.20 to $50.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
