Description
We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional customer service and delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Previous Banquet Captain experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette is a plus.
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
