What you'll be doing:
Providing HR administrative support for a variety of countries, based on business needs. This may include audits, data clean ups, employee files updates, exit interviews, and other time-bound projects as identified by the People Operations Manager.
Managing employee inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support.
Supporting with onboarding and employment contract preparation
Supporting with the offboarding by preparing end of contract paperwork and handling exit interviews
Providing support with benefits administration through specific ad hoc assignments.
Auditing, entering, updating, and maintaining employee data within HR systems, with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, completeness, and compliance with established HR processes.
Documenting and maintaining People Operations procedures within the Knowledge Base to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective service delivery.
Creating, issuing, and maintaining employment-related and HR documentation in accordance with Premier policies and applicable local employment regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Participating in and providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
What we are searching for:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or another related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or People Operations.
Fluent English plus at least one additional European language preferred; additional languages highly advantageous.
Experience with HR systems (Workday and Fresh works) is preferred.
Strong organization, attention to detail, customer service mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract on the Premier Research payroll to support our People Operations team during a temporary increase in activity.
It is offered with an immediate start and a duration until around the end of January 2027.
