Oversee all technical and facilities operations to ensure the building meets operational excellence standards and client expectations
Monitor and manage service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs, including customer satisfaction surveys and regular reporting requirements

Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with procurement guidelines
Oversee contract management activities, monitoring expiry dates, initiating re-procurement processes, and continuously assessing value delivery
Ensure full compliance with local and governmental regulations, implementing and maintaining risk management programs and audit processes
Support Property Managers with preparation and management of OpEx and CapEx budgets while maintaining financial controls and JLL Code of Ethics standards
Provide a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with fire, health, and safety statutory regulations
Collaborate with internal and external project teams, consultants, and fit-out companies on capital improvement initiatives as capacity allows
