Job Description Summary

Provide technical and engineering expertise to support Cushman & Wakefield's Integrated Facilities Management operations across Thailand. Based at Head Office, this role focuses on engineering governance, technical advisory, operational excellence, engineering audits, client support, and support day-to-day engineering operations and continuous improvement across commercial buildings and facilities portfolios.

About the Role:

• Provide technical and engineering support for Facilities Management operations, ensuring engineering standards, preventive maintenance strategies, statutory compliance, and best practices are consistently implemented across client sites.

• Act as the subject matter expert for mechanical, electrical, and building engineering matters by supporting operational teams, resolving complex technical issues, reviewing engineering solutions, providing recommendations to clients and support day-to-day operations.

• Conduct engineering audits, technical reviews, and performance assessments while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, sustainability, and service quality.

• Support business development initiatives by providing technical input for RFPs, engineering proposals, client presentations, due diligence, mobilization activities, and engineering consulting assignments.

• Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, EHS, and leadership teams to drive engineering governance, continuous improvement initiatives, technical training, and engineering capability development across the organization.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience within Facilities Management, Building Engineering Services, Property Management, Building Operations, or similar technical environments, with prior exposure to commercial buildings, high-rise environments or integrated facilities management.

• Professional Engineering License (Thailand Council of Engineers) or other relevant engineering certification is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, building services, engineering audits, contractor management, and technical governance.

• Excellent communication (in Thai & English), stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to advise operational teams and support technical discussions with clients.
