As a Senior Analyst Finance (f/m/div) in our Finance team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Own and deliver a range of financial controlling and reporting activities Contribute to the end-to-end cost and p erformance controlling cycle (planning, tracking, variance analysis, and actions) Improve administrative efficiency by optimizing and standardizing finance/business processes Lead and support digitalization initiatives within the finance function (automation, reporting tools, data quality) Prepare and present financial analyses , including business case evaluations and profitability/ROI assessments Perform budget controlling in larger investment projects at the site Dresden Your profile You bring a strong process-improvement mindset and a genuine passion for driving efficiency through automation and digitalization. With your excellent communication and presentation skills, you are able to break down complex financial topics and make them accessible for non-finance stakeholders. On top of that, your structured and detail-oriented working style enables you to manage multiple priorities with ease – even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field Experience: for Fresh Graduates : Strong academic performance and relevant internships or university projects demonstrating analytical and financial skills or for Experienced Candidates : 1–2+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, finance reporting and project management Knowledge in IFRS and HGB accounting rules Analytical Skills : Strong ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., business case/ROI analyses) Technical Skills : Advanced Excel skills; confident working with large datasets Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not required for fresh graduates Language : Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
