Specific Skills

•  Provides coordination and administration services to centralised branch support
• Processes branch related information and records
• Prepares and formats documents.
• Writes simple reports and presentations.
• Utilises software
• May hold a Certificate II in Business
• May be know as a Banking Support Officer

Communication / Interpersonal

• Communicates effectively at all levels
• Processes information to facilitate communication, e.g. receives & relays messages

Planning / Organising

• Follows established daily work routines
