Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Collaborate with the Yield Enhancement and PI module owner teams to improve yield, reliability, and business process alignment.
• Communicate module-related issues, risks, and progress to the PI leadership team.
• Design, execute, and drive SWRs to completion to meet defined objectives.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to optimize fab processes and increase yield.
• Partner with cross-area engineering teams to resolve process issues effectively.
• Work closely with global partners to ensure module alignment and stay current on process initiatives.
• Own and maintain inline process control specifications, ensuring limits are optimized and reviewed as needed.
• Partner with IE, PEE, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process constraints.
• Drive quality improvement and excursion reduction through targeted activities and projects.
• Set and pursue challenging goals to enable integration of new technology nodes into the fab.
• Provide module-specific training and maintain required training, critical knowledge, and skills.
• Promote values-driven behaviors, safety, and a positive working environment.
