Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and developing advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes experimenting with model parameters and structures to enhance performance and accuracy. Collaboration with various teams to integrate these models into broader applications and systems is a key part of your daily activities. You will also monitor model behavior and optimize it to meet evolving project requirements, ensuring the solutions remain robust and scalable in diverse environments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and model training on unstructured text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model performance through parameter adjustment and innovative algorithmic approaches.
- Familiarity with deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with software engineering and data science teams to integrate language models into applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
