Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability to ensure the architecture meets current and future business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural components to align with evolving requirements and technological advancements, fostering a robust and adaptable technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to customer service management solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow CSM with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
