The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales and management.
- A proven ability to build relationships and grow businesses.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Confidence and ability to speak, train and motivate 200+ agents in a professional setting.
- A reputation as an outstanding trainer, mentor and leader.
- The ability to quickly earn the trust and respect of others.
- A self-starter who is highly resourceful and capable of finding solutions and answering questions.
- A highly accountable, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions.
- The ability to understand and relate to local, national and global real estate markets.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to identify, develop and promote team leaders and future managers.
- Strong negotiation, business development and acquisition skills.
- The ability to exceed bottom-line expectations while working intelligently and responsibly within established budgets.

You will help identify outstanding agents, develop them into Team Leaders, and create the next generation of HomeLife managers and business leaders.

Compensation:
Base salary up to $75,000 + the opportunity for bonuses and commission that can well exceed $100,000.
