Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions, with deep expertise in Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, and Dataiku. This role will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade dashboards, automating manual processes, generating actionable business insights, and leveraging Generative AI to improve productivity and decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a commitment to best practices in data visualization, governance, performance optimization, and solution design while delivering end-to-end analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.

About the team:

Our team is responsible for delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization. We partner closely with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights through modern BI platforms, automation, and advanced analytics. The team focuses on building scalable reporting products, driving data governance and quality, leveraging AI-powered capabilities, and continuously improving analytics processes to create measurable business impact. We foster a culture of innovation, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning while embracing emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-based analytics platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Manage reports and workspaces in Power BI Service, including setup and deployment of Power BI Apps
• Create data model in Power BI using star/snowflake schema
• Ensure appropriate data refresh schedules, access controls, and versioning in the Power BI workspace
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric to build and manage modern analytics solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, and integration with Power BI.

• Support the adoption of Fabric capabilities to improve data accessibility, scalability, and self-service analytics.

• Use Python to automate routine data processing and reporting tasks
• Perform data wrangling and transformation in Dataiku, integrating with GCP (especially Big Query)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into actionable reports
• Ensure dashboards are scalable, accurate, and well-documented
• Follow BI best practices around design principles, governance, and performance optimization

What You’ll bring

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles
• Expert-level skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
• Experience managing Power BI Service environments and Power BI Apps
• Knowledge of Fabric data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and monitoring capabilities

• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically for automating data workflows and reporting tasks
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku or similar data prep tools
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Big Query
• Proficient in SQL and working with large, complex datasets
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and best practices in BI.
• Strong track record of working as an IC and experience in end-to-end project implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar modern analytics platforms.
• Power BI, and Fabric certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics products and stakeholder communities.
