GTM Program Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW
The GTM Program Manager converts defined GTM strategy into executable, measurable programs that drive revenue. This role owns the operationalization of cross-sell motions, new logo plays, vertical campaigns, ABM initiatives, and regional outbound programs — end to end, from design through measurement.
THE OBJECTIVE
Own program execution across the GTM motion portfolio, ensuring plays are configured in Salesforce and the wider GTM stack, campaigns are tracked, and each iteration improves based on performance data sourced from Area 3.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate GTM strategy into target account and contact definitions for each play, sourced from the GTM Intelligence team
Configure play execution in Salesforce, Salesloft, and the broader GTM technology stack
Implement campaign tracking and adoption monitoring for all active programs
Coordinate delivery across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Ops to ensure program alignment and on-time execution
Produce post-play measurement reports and recommendations that feed into the next iteration
Own the program calendar, balancing competing GTM motions across segments and regions
Partner with the AI Platform Developer team to automate program workflows where possible
Maintain a clear program backlog and communicate status to senior stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5–8 years of program or project management experience in a GTM, Revenue, or Marketing Operations context
Strong GTM motion literacy including ABM, outbound, cross-sell, and new logo plays
Hands-on experience with Salesforce for program configuration and tracking
Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, or equivalent)
Cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Operations
Structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with data and dashboards to measure program performance
NICE TO HAVE
Experience designing and running ABM programs at scale
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
PMP or equivalent project management certification
