About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and structured Student Worker to join our Documentation Team in Aalborg. This role is ideal for a student interested in technical communication, process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. You will support the team in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other documentation that help ensure consistent ways of working and effective knowledge sharing. You will also assist with documentation maintenance and administrative documentation tasks.

You will work closely with Documentation Engineers, Technical Writers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of departmental processes and Ways of Working.
• Assist with document updates, reviews, and documentation maintenance activities.
• Collect and structure information from subject matter experts to document processes and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and working methods.
• Support knowledge-sharing and onboarding documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program, for example within communication, technical communication, information management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Interest in documentation, process improvement, and knowledge management.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Previous experience with technical documentation, process documentation, or content management systems is an advantage but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in an international and collaborative environment.
