Product Manager – Enterprise & Digital Platforms (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, with proven experience delivering digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in OTT, streaming, AdTech, FinTech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS.
• Exposure to AI-driven or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience working with GCC, UK, or US markets.
• MBA or relevant product certifications.
• Strong ownership of product outcomes and measurable value, with the ability to balance UX, feasibility, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Structured approach to prioritization and decision-making, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcome-based priorities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and users.
• Translate business needs into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Delivery teams.
• Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and product readiness.
• Define product KPIs and measure success through data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user validation.
• Participate in client and stakeholder discussions where product alignment is required.
• Continuously optimize product performance based on feedback, analytics, and business outcomes.
