Salary Range: up to ₱45,000
Work Setup: Onsite

The role
The Senior HR Specialist – Training & Organizational Development is responsible for driving key people initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, employee capability, organizational culture, and overall workforce engagement. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop and implement programs across recruitment, learning and development, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management to support business objectives and cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels and employer branding initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition and positive new hire experience.
2. Learning & Development
Conduct training needs analysis and assist in developing the annual learning and development plan.
Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, employee orientations, and learning sessions.
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, learning materials, and external training providers.
Administer learning evaluations and recommend improvements to training programs.
3. Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
Support organizational development initiatives, including career development, succession planning, and leadership development.
Plan and implement employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building programs.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture.
4. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Support employee relations initiatives by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
Assist in implementing the organization's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management practices.
5. HR Analytics, Reporting & Systems Administration
Maintain accurate employee development records, training documentation, and compliance requirements.
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other HR-related systems, as applicable.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards, analyze recruitment, training, and workforce metrics, and provide insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
6. HR Projects & Administrative Support
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Training & Organizational Management Head.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, or other related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training administration, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights to support business and HR decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees and business leaders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, career development frameworks, and learning technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and HR reporting tools is an advantage.
- Willing to travel as required to support recruitment activities, training programs, organizational development initiatives, and other business or operational requirements.
