Job Description
- Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team
- Support execution of RPA program, including bot development, and Robotic Operations (ROps) support across the bot portfolio.
- Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects
- Provide technical leadership and liaison between R&D leadership team and GBS team.
- Ensure close collaboration between US and India in alignment with ETX vision and strategies.
- Implement best practices in collaboration with R&D leadership team.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies and skill gaps to improve India team’s performance.
- Support budget, staffing, and organizational planning for the R&D team in MM India.
- Act as a people leader for the team and provide required support and guidance to teams.
- Coach and mentor first-line managers to grow in their roles.
- Act as escalation point for people-related issues.
- Enhance security awareness across MMI.
Lead performance reviews and compensation planning.
