Marsh People and Investments is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Talent Strategy Practice based in Rome or Milan.
The Talent Strategy practice provides consulting services to a wide range of clients, supporting them in the development and implementation of HR and Talent programs, practices, and processes, such as leadership and managerial competency models, assessment and development centers, performance management processes, coaching, and leadership and talent development programs as motivational and incentive levers—so that leaders and the entire employee population can reach their full potential, achieve their goals, and deliver their best performance.
We are looking for someone who could bring his/her fresh and innovative thinking and experience in designing and delivering client projects, helping them to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
What can you expect:
Serve as a Project Manager on medium client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution design;
Act as the day-to-day lead and operational point of contact for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations and needs;
Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients;
Plan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction defined by Senior Leaders
Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needs;
Support to identify new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal preparation process;
Contribute to the offer definition, the proposition and bidding process ;
Contribute to create “client-centric solution”, combining the several services provided by all Marsh People and Investments Practices, in order to enhance and strengthen the client’s leadership;
Support business and intellectual capital development (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future and People Engagement).
Requirements:
University master’s degree in economics / organization/ management / psychology or similar;
Proven professional experience in consulting, client management and project-based work or in HR functions of medium-large size companies;
strong interest and curiosity in the HR field, particularly related to people development in organizational contexts (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, etc;
Experiences and proficient level of knowledge in Talent Strategy areas such as: Learning and development, HR processes, compensation, HR Organization, HR transformation, etc;
Experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients and working by projects;
Interest and attitude to sell projects and people-centered solutions;
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel);
English and Italian proficiency.

What we offer:
The position is offered on a permanent basis;
We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 42.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Aziende Grafico Editoriali”.
