Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Change Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) EPMO Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding enterprise-wide digital transformations from strategy to seamless execution. Working within our Center of Excellence framework, your expertise will help drive smooth process adoption, minimize operational friction, and turn high-value corporate initiatives into measurable business successes. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

• Apply structured change management frameworks: Utilize proven methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR to design pragmatic change plans that accelerate solution adoption and minimize resistance across people, processes, and technology.

• Conduct impact analyses & change readiness assessments: Evaluate organizational readiness throughout project lifecycles, identifying key stakeholders and aligning change strategies with broader digital transformation targets.

• Craft strategic communications: Develop engaging, high-quality messaging that simplifies complex initiatives into clear action plans, boosting user experience and stakeholder alignment.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate working groups and steer decision-making forums to align global teams, resolve stakeholder bottlenecks, and foster collaborative working relationships.

• Track adoption metrics & mitigate risk: Measure post-implementation usage, perform root-cause analysis on adoption bottlenecks, and deploy targeted risk mitigation strategies.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of professional corporate experience, including 3+ years dedicated to hands-on change management across functions like HR, Finance, IT, or Operations.

• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci® Certification or CCMP™ is highly desirable).

• Practical experience leveraging workflow and enterprise platforms like Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, or Google Workspace.

• Proven ability in written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering to streamline stakeholder analysis and change communications is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
