The project manager keeps architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams pointed in the same direction through every phase, tracking electrical, signage, and the project-specific details that tend to slip. Key Responsibilities
Own the Projects
- Manage tenant improvement projects from inception through completion
- Keep timelines, budgets, and all moving parts organized and on track
- Coordinate final handoff for FF&E installation
Plan & Price
- Handle space planning and preliminary pricing
- Review GC bids and identify cost-saving opportunities
Drive Coordination
- Align architects, GCs, vendors, and internal teams throughout every phase
- Track electrical, signage, and all project-specific details so nothing slips
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in TI, commercial construction, interior architecture/design, or project management
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and working independently
