Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential clients in Cape Town and surrounding areas. You will be the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Identify and understand the needs of potential clients and present suitable products to meet those needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins for the company
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Knowledge of the industrial sector and experience selling industrial products is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
