Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role · Take responsibility: Be responsible for the technical support of MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers, Switches,
Cross-switches, Antenna tuners and RF transistors · Data is
everything: Do lab
measurements including sample preparation of RF LNAs, Switches, Cross-switches
and Antenna tuners, e.g. S-parameters, noise figure, intermodulation and
thermal measurements · Identify needs : Tune circuits to optimize the performance for a specific frequency band
or other customer requirements · Shape the
future: Do circuit
simulations with CAE tools such as AWR (Microwave Office) or ADS (Advanced
Design System) · Keep the overview: Perform EM simulations of evaluation boards or phone antenna structures
using HFSS or CST · Convince with words: Contribute to application notes or other technical documents to be published
on the Infineon webpage · Expand your
horizons: Do market
research on potential new application areas or analyze competitor parts Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed · Study Field: Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Microelectronics,
Applied Physics or a similar field of subject · Interests: Highly interested in hardware engineering with hands-on experience. Any
prior experience in radio frequency microelectronics isa plus · Experience: Prior experience with CAE tools such as AWR, ADS, HFSS and/or CST · Language
skills: Possess good reading and writing skills in

student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per

student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have
completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not
be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at
least 6 months. · You should live
close to the site : For good
collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly
