Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Focus on the future: Support standardized corporate communication for the Software Transformation (SWT) teams around the globe • Keep the overview: Assist in writing and editing newsletters and articles about SWT news, developer journeys, and events worldwide • Reliable work: Adapt visually engaging materials (PowerPoint presentations, infographics, videos, …) using existing templates and brand guidelines in line with the Infineon brand • Shape the future: Help maintain and update different communication platforms (Intranet pages, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.) • Take responsibility: Provide administrative and organizational support for the SWT team, including coordination activities, meeting and event logistics, documentation, scheduling, and other operational support tasks as required Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Study Field : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master’s program in Communication Design, Communication Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or similar fields • Way of working: Reliable and detail-oriented who enjoys working in a creative and international environment • Skills : A good eye for design and visual quality who knows how to make existing content look polished and engaging; good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint. Familiarity with basic video or graphic editing tools (e.g., TechSmith Camtasia, or similar) is a plus • Experience: Experience working confidently with existing templates and brand guidelines, adapting content while maintaining visual consistency; Strong visual sense and aesthetic taste - recognizing what looks good and applying it consistently across materials; strong attention to detail • Language skills : Fluency in English and German Please attach the following documents to your application: • CV in English • Certificate of enrollment at university • Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) • High school report Important information: • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
